ARGENTINA WINE TOURS
A Luxury Wine and Food Adventure to South America
AN ADRENALINE RUSH BEYOND COMPARE
Imagine giant condors flying over the soaring Andes, vineyards at extreme altitudes, wineries that are temples to extraordinary reds and whites, and feasts of delicious Argentine food. It’s exotic, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it’s an adrenaline rush. South America is a real adventure, and we take you to the best places on a Fine Vintage tour.
From our base at a 5-star hotel in the heart of Mendoza, over 5 days and 4 nights, we set off to visit over 10 benchmark wineries that showcase the finest wines in Argentina. You meet the owners and winemakers and learn about the magic of Malbec, Torrontes, Bonarda and many more. You will even blend your own wine.
Argentinians take their food very seriously. We feast on premium beef at an asado and sample the delicious local specialties. We dine at several wineries, tasting flights of fine wines from the prestige appellations that are right outside the window.
Hosted by a Master of Wine and cared for by Fine Vintage and our local team, this is a first-class tour to Argentina’s epicentre of fine wine. The excitement begins the day you book your adventure to South America.

ABOUT THE TOUR & REGION
THE CLASSIC REGIONS OF MENDOZA
We meet at our 5-star hotel in the heart of the action in Mendoza and set off to explore over 10 wineries in the prestigious appellations. The Uco Valley, Luján de Cuyo, and Maipú are all explored in-depth because each of these sub-regions has its own unique characteristics.
Every day, we depart around 10 a.m. for an exploration of 2-3 of the big-name wineries that are driving quality to new heights. We explore the cellars, taste from barrel, sit down to flights of super premium wines, and learn from the leaders in this spectacular region.
There are two big dinners and two free nights, enabling you to enjoy the camaraderie of Team Argentina and also have time to yourself. We take a maximum of 20 people.
On a Fine Vintage tour, you’ll get privileged access to people, places and wines. It’s really quite an experience.
HIGH ALTITUDE VINEYARDS
Many wine regions can claim to be the most picturesque in the world, but Argentina makes a strong case. With the snow-capped Andes towering in the background; condors soaring overhead with 10-foot wing spans; sunshine and bright blue skies for over 300 days a year, it’s definitely a contender.
But when it comes to the discussion about the advantages of high altitude vineyards, it’s game over. Argentina takes the prize. We’ll take you to see some of the most unique vineyard sites in the world.
TEMPLES TO BACCHUS
The architectural beauty of many wineries we visit is jaw-dropping. Pyramids, glass ceilings above barrel cellars, authentic ranches, sprawling estates, your days will be visually stimulating.
With the success of the best producers, from family-owned wineries like Catena Zapata to multi-million dollar investments, you will find that Argentina is a serious player in all matters of hospitality. We are proud to get a special welcome from the wineries we visit.
FABULOUS FOOD
You will enjoy the traditional Argentine asado, where premium beef, chicken, and other meats are grilled to perfection. Fresh salads and vegetables come from the gardens at the wineries; the olive oil comes from the trees you’re looking at; and the bread is baked fresh on-site.
Every day we have lunch at a winery. We also enjoy some special dinners, including a private lunch at Cheval de Los Andes, owned by LVMH and run by the people behind Bordeaux’s Cheval Blanc. We think the food in Argentina is the best in South America.
